Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the GeniusPrep™ website (geniusprep.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website.

Services

GeniusPrep provides private one-on-one tutoring services, test preparation (SAT, ACT, SHSAT, ISEE, SSAT), homework help, study skills coaching, and academic planning for K-12 students. Services are provided at our location (928 Broadway, Suite #1206, New York, NY 10010) or remotely.

Pricing and Payment

  • Diagnostic Session: $150 (one-time, 2 hours)
  • Tutoring Sessions (Grades K-6): $100 per session
  • Tutoring Sessions (Grades 7-12): $125 per session

Prices are subject to change. Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept cash, credit cards, and checks.

Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours' notice for session cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full session fee. We understand emergencies happen and will work with families on a case-by-case basis.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, and blog articles, is the property of GeniusPrep and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

GeniusPrep provides tutoring services in good faith and to the best of our professional abilities. We do not guarantee specific test scores, grades, or admissions outcomes. Results depend on individual student effort, attendance, and other factors outside our control.
